Makes decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions). Manages budget revenues and/or expenses within cost centers and is responsible for meeting financial goals and EBITDA objectives. Directs team personnel, and recognizes wins and losses with equal passion and discipline. Reviews strengths and weaknesses of team members, and guides to ensure the success of the overall collective teams as well as each team member. Works closely with Executive Leadership, Directors, and Project Managers to coordinate activities that ensure optimum patient throughput and revenue cycle management.
